The throat chakra, also known as the vishuddha chakra in Sanskrit, can be found at the center of the neck. This is your individual center of truthful expression, both internally and externally. When the throat chakra is balanced, it is easier for us to release fears of judgment as well as a desire for external approval.
The word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” in Sanskrit. This is referring to the different energy centers in the body and each center corresponds to major organs and nerves in the body. Here, we dive into specifically the Third Eye Chakra, what it is, and signs it could be out of alignment.

The crown chakra is the seventh chakra and is located at the top of the heard, or the “crown.” The crown chakra connects us to the universe and omits life force energy into the other chakras below it.
