✨ Cancellations & Refunds on Orders
We get it — sometimes the energy shifts. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we accept cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the magic is already in motion and we can’t call it back.

Need to swap out a candle or switch a scent? No problem — as long as it’s within 24 hours of purchase.
Send us an email at info@thehouseofblack.store with your order number and what you’d like changed. We’ll do our best to make it happen before your order ships.
🌙 Returns
All of our creations are handcrafted, intentional, and made just for you — which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order at info@thehouseofblack.store, and include your order number plus a photo of the issue. We’ll handle it with care and see what magic we can work to make it right.
📦 Reshipping Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, we’ll reach out so you can cover the reshipping cost. If you choose not to, your order will be considered forfeited, as returned packages are not an error on our part.

In rare cases where a refund is approved, we must physically receive the items back — all intact, unused, and undamaged — before processing. Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to appear.
